Sempervivum succulent display in a 18cm clay pot.
Arrangement of sempervivum and jovibarba plants in green and red colours.
Four varieties of Sempervivums and Jovibarba, a large central pale green rosette, four red sempervivums making a cross shape, and bright two yellowish green jovibarba and two cobweb sempervivims filling the gaps to make another cross shape.
These plants will gradually grow, produce offsets and fill the space.
Sempervivum flowers are stunning. Groups of flowers are produced on tall stems. They are usually various shades of pink.
Sempervivums are hardy outdoor succulents which can stay outside over winter, but should be kept in a sunny and sheltered position – such as against a south facing wall. They may need some extra protection from very wet and extreme weather.
Tidy up any damaged leaves, remove/reposition any offset plants which are in the wrong place.
