Plant Details and Care
Long branching stems which have a rosette of leaves at the end. As the stems grow longer they will grow over the pot and hang down. It is a fast grower but can easily lose leaves if knocked.
Size: Will grow to around 10 cm tall then begin to grow over the side and over the pot, stems can grow to 30 cm and hang down.
Leaves: The thick flat pointed leaves are a pale grey/blue colour, but with pink, blue or mauve colours developing in summer sun.
Flowers: Small white star shaped flowers on a long stem.
Growing site: Indoors in a sunny site, but may need some protection from strong sunlight.
Hardiness: Not hardy in the UK, and will not tolerate wet weather or frost. Pots can be placed outside on sunny days.
Toxicity: Graptopetalum is generally considered non-toxic to cats, dogs and humans.
